Usa la cantidad del tamaño de un guisante (mitad de un Tic Tac) en la yema de tu dedo y divídala en dos. Aplique la mitad de la crema lo más adentro posible de la v-gina hacia abajo, luego extiéndalo sobre los tejidos v-ginales, hasta la abertura v-ginal. Aplica la otra mitad justo dentro de la abertura vaginal. Si no puede llegar muy lejos dentro o se siente incómoda tocándose, puede poner la crema en la parte superior de un aplicador de tampones limpio y vacío y usarlo para aplicarlo en las paredes v-ginales. Deja hasta 30 minutos después de la aplicación para que haga efecto. Tip: Guárdelo a temperatura ambiente.

- Directions: Squeeze a pea-sized amount onto your fingertip and divide it into two. Apply half of the amount as far into the v-gina as possible. Pull/ wipe it down, subsequently spreading it over the v-ginal tissues. Apply the other half to the v-ginal opening and inside. If you can't reach very far into the v-gna or are uncomfortable touching yourself, you can put a pea-sized amount of the cream on the top of a clean, empty tampon applicator and use that to apply to your v-gina walls. Allow 30 minutes after application for it to take effect. Store at room temperature.
